DMFA Annual General Meeting
Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 27th from 6:30-8:30 pm at Cole Harbour Place in the Harbour Room.
The AGM is open to all Destroyer parents. The current season is reviewed, motions and votes on by-laws/policy changes (if any) take place, coaches report on their respective teams, financials are reviewed, and the executive is elected for next season.
Upcoming vacancies include positions of President and Secretary. If you wish to offer for any position on the executive, please forward your name and interest to our President at email@example.com along with a summary of your background and the name of the person who is nominating them for the position.
DMFA YEAR END BANQUET
Our year-end banquet will take place on Sunday, December 8th at Cole Harbour Place in the Westphal room. Players will have some lunch and then we will do some award presentations.
Mites & Atoms from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm
Pee Wees & Bantams from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm

FOOTBALL CLINICS AND COMBINE!
Football Nova Scotia and the East Hants Sportsplex is hosting “FOOTBALL DAY@EAST HANTS” in conjunction with Royal Bank Sport Day in Canada, Saturday, November 30th! The day will include a combination of Try & Learn Clinics and Provincial Team Scrimmage & Combine and camps for current tackle members. All events are 100% FREE!
LOCATION: EAST HANTS SPORTSPLEX 1076 HWY #2 LANTZ, NS
REGISTRATION: ON-SITE – 30 Minutes Prior to the Start of the Session Football NS would like to invite all Mite and Atom tackle members to a 2.5 hr clinic on November 30 starting at 12:00 noon and would like to invite their mothers to come and try Flag Football. While your child is in camp, you could be learning the game on the field beside them!! 12 noon – 2:30 pm
MITES & ATOMS CAMP & SCRIMMAGE (Tackle) – Ages 6 to 10
Open to tackle players ages 6 to 10. The camp will be lead by Bryce Fisher (U17 Provincial Team Coach & 2012 SMU Player) and a team of Provincial Level Coaches & Instructors. The focus of the camp will be on the fundamental skills
